Any image works — it gets automatically center-cropped to a square and optimized, so file size and shape are never a problem.
We also try to remove a plain background automatically. For best results, use a square-ish image with a plain, solid-colored background (a busy photo background won't get removed cleanly). If you'd rather remove the background yourself first, remove.bg is a quick free option.
Transparent background (PNG) works best — it'll sit correctly on any color.

PlayPivot resizes it automatically, so don't worry about the exact pixel size.
Members Admin only
Change someone's role, block them (they keep their account but lose access to this club), or remove them for good. You can't demote, block, or remove the club's last admin. Someone asking to join for the first time shows up on the dashboard, not here.

Who directs your team, and their role. Visible to everyone in the club — to change something here, use Members above.
Export language
The language your club's PDFs (roster sheets, assessments, plays, match reports...) are generated in.
Exercise PDF — what to include
Turn off anything you don't want printed on an exercise sheet.
Association validators Platform admin only
People who can approve or reject club association requests — a smaller power than yours, they can't block accounts or clubs. You're the only one who can grant or remove this.
Exercise sharing
Sets every exercise in your library to the chosen circle at once. You can still pick one exercise by exercise in the Exercise creator.
Plays sharing
Sets every play in your notebook to the chosen circle at once. You can still pick one play at a time in Play design.
Match reports sharing
Match reports contain real player stats, so "PlayPivot Community" isn't offered here on purpose.
Training sessions sharing
Sessions include real attendance, so "PlayPivot Community" isn't offered here on purpose. You can still pick one session at a time in Training builder.
Player assessments sharing
Assessments are always a real player's evaluation, so "PlayPivot Community" isn't offered here on purpose.
Club association
A middle circle between "just my club" and "everyone on PlayPivot" — a small group of clubs (e.g. a league) who agree to share content with each other. Needs approval from the PlayPivot platform controller before it becomes real.
Already know the name of an existing association? Ask its members, then request to join it the same way — matching names request to join the same association instead of creating a new one.
