One thing worth knowing before you dive in: almost everything you create — exercises, plays, sessions, matches, assessments — has its own "Who can see it?" setting. Nothing is shared further than you choose.

If you're a club admin, Settings also lets you set all of a type at once (e.g. every exercise), manage who's in your club and their role, and — for players specifically — link their account to their roster entry so they can see what's meant for them, and nothing more.

Worth knowing too: only add data about players you actually coach, and you're responsible for having the right to hold it (a guardian's consent, especially for a minor — see Privacy & Terms). Don't republish someone else's shared content outside Pivot as your own.
