What it is

One app for everything that happens between two whistles.

PlayPivot started as one exercise binder and turned into a full coaching workflow: a shared exercise library, session builders, match sheets, and a player-development tracker modeled on real federation assessment criteria.

It is online and free to use, so any coach can create an account, set up their own team, share it with their whole coaching staff, and work from a phone, tablet or computer — with nothing to install.

How a season runs
1

Build the library

Draw a drill by hand on a court diagram, or describe it and let AI draft it for you.

2

Plan the session

Pull exercises into a training, keep the timing honest, mark who showed up.

3

Run match day

Set the lineup and track live stats while the game is happening.

4

See the progress

Assessments and statistics turn a whole season into evidence, player by player.

How it's organized

Clubs, teams, and the leagues between them.

PlayPivot isn't one shared space — it's built around clubs. Sign up and you either create a club and become its admin, or ask to join one that already exists. Nothing crosses between clubs by default: what one club's coaches see, another club's never does.

Club

The core of PlayPivot. Create one and you're its admin — invite coaches, and everyone works from the same shared library, rosters and stats.

Team

A club can have more than one — different age groups, genders, seasons. Training, matches and stats all stay scoped to the right team.

Club association

Clubs can team up — like a league — to share content with each other. Needs approval; nothing is shared automatically.

New members wait for the admin's approval before they get access — nobody joins a club automatically.

What's inside

Everything a season needs, in one tool.

Every module works on its own and feeds the next one — nothing to re-type twice.
