Before you continue, a few sentences on what PlayPivot actually is:
What PlayPivot does: stores what your club enters (rosters, exercises, plans, assessments) so your club can organize its own coaching — and only acts on your club's instructions.
What PlayPivot doesn't do: sell data, use it for advertising, share it beyond the circle you choose, or decide whether your club had the right to enter it in the first place.
Who's responsible for what: PlayPivot is used worldwide, so this is a general principle, not every country's rules — your club is responsible for having the right to hold whatever data it enters (a player's, especially a minor's) under the law that applies where you are. PlayPivot is responsible for storing it securely and only using it the way your club instructs. Full detail in the document linked below.
You'll be its admin — you'll be able to approve others who want to join.
You'll join as a coach — the club's admin can change your role once they approve you. They'll need to approve your request (and confirm the team, if it's new) before you get access.
